Expunge DUI
Did you make a mistake when you were growing up which caused you to get a DUI, arrest or a criminal record? It's not that unusual and can be expunged. The problem is, that mistakes can come back to haunt you later in life, such as a DUI. Chances are good that this is the only blot on your record, but the DUI can still be holding you back - causing you to fail security clearance checks, to not be offered jobs that you want and for which you are otherwise qualified, or keeping you from receiving certain professional licenses.
You may be able to erase those mistakes through the process of expungement or vacation. There is a difference between expunging a record and vacating a record. A felony record or non-conviction arrest information is expunged while misdemeanor convictions are vacated. But either term gives you the same result: it means that it is as if those DUI charges or arrests never happened. You are no longer required to disclose them - not to a prospective employer or anyone else. You can get back your good name and expunge your DUI record.
We have built a successful track record of dealing with DUI expungement's and vacations. If you have a record in your past, or if you are an attorney with a client who has this problem, contact us. We would like to take a look at the circumstances behind your record to see if we can help you or your client clear things up.
